Our ApproachOur approach is to have a detailed interview with each client. Normally our clients will have some in-sight as to where to look for possible infractions of their licensing agreements. We combine this information with our own auditing expertise to track receipts, shipments, transfers and production of the licensed products. It has been our experience that the underpayment of royalties is usually not intentional, but a flaw in the royalty tracking system. Therefore we not only report to our client the short payment of royalties, but we work with our client’s customers to show them how the mistake took place and what possible actions should be taken to insure that the problem is resolved. It is not only our mission to audit, but also to educate.
